Please read these terms carefully before engaging PPAYSolution's services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and PPAYSolution Pvt. Ltd. ("PPAYSolution", "we", "us"), a company registered in India with its registered office at #82/5C, 3rd Floor, Prabha Market, A.M. Lane, Chickpet, Bangalore – 560 053, GST No.: 27AABCD1234E1Z5.
By accessing our website www.ppaysolution.in, purchasing any service, or clicking "I Agree", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
PPAYSolution provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Pay-Per-Click Advertising (Google Ads / Meta Ads), Website Development, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing ("Services"), as described on our website and in the applicable service agreement or proposal.
Services commence upon receipt of full payment and completion of the onboarding form. Our standard onboarding period is 3–5 business days from payment confirmation.
Our service plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew each month on the billing date unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5. Pricing is as listed on our website at the time of purchase and is subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.
All prices displayed are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 18%. GST will be added to all invoices. A valid GST invoice will be issued for all payments received.
Our management fees do not include advertising budgets (ad spend) for Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other platform. Ad spend is paid directly by the Client to the respective platform. PPAYSolution is not responsible for platform billing or ad spend performance guarantees.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and EMI options. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.

While PPAYSolution employs best-practice strategies and has an excellent track record, we do not guarantee specific rankings on Google or any other search engine, specific amounts of traffic, leads, conversions, or revenue. Digital marketing results are influenced by many factors outside our control including algorithm changes, market competition, and client-side actions.
Monthly performance reports will be delivered by the 7th of each calendar month for the preceding month. Reports include key metrics relevant to the services subscribed.
All creative work (content, graphics, ad creatives, etc.) produced by PPAYSolution for a Client becomes the Client's property upon full payment of all outstanding invoices. PPAYSolution retains the right to use work samples in its portfolio unless expressly requested otherwise in writing.
Either party may cancel the subscription with a minimum of 15 days' written notice before the next billing date. Notice must be sent via email to billing@ppaysolution.in. Cancellation requests received less than 15 days before the renewal date will be effective from the following billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds are provided except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PPAYSolution's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
PPAYSolution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. PPAYSolution will not disclose your business strategies, financial data, or campaign performance to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Bangalore as the seat of arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and the courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
PPAYSolution shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, platform policy changes, or pandemics.
PPAYSolution reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify active clients via email at least 15 days in advance.
