Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, simply email us at billing@ppaysolution.in and we will process a full refund β no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all new subscriptions and first-time clients only.
PPAYSolution Pvt. Ltd. ("PPAYSolution") is committed to delivering exceptional digital marketing services. We believe in fairness and transparency. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued and the process for requesting them.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new clients are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If, within the first 30 calendar days of your first subscription payment, you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee paid (excluding GST, as GST payments are remitted to the Government of India and are non-refundable).
Conditions:
- The guarantee applies to your first subscription period only
- The refund request must be submitted in writing to billing@ppaysolution.in within 30 days of the payment date
- This guarantee does not apply to custom project fees, one-time setup fees (if separately charged), or renewed subscriptions
- Clients who have received deliverables (website builds, content pieces, ad creatives) valued above the subscription fee are not eligible for a full refund under this guarantee, but may receive a partial refund at our discretion
2. Refunds After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day guarantee period, our subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- Service Non-Delivery: If PPAYSolution fails to deliver agreed services for 15 or more consecutive days due to reasons on our end (excluding force majeure events), a pro-rata refund for the undelivered period will be issued.
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a payment system error, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded within 7 business days.
- Overcharging: If you are charged an amount greater than your agreed plan price due to a billing error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
- Service Discontinuation: If PPAYSolution discontinues a specific service that forms the core of your subscribed plan and no comparable alternative is offered, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining subscription period.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 15 days' written notice before your next billing date. To cancel, email billing@ppaysolution.in with your account details and cancellation request. Your subscription will remain active and services will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
No refund is issued for the remaining days of an active billing period upon cancellation, except as covered under the 30-Day Guarantee (Section 1).
3.2 Cancellation by PPAYSolution
PPAYSolution reserves the right to terminate a subscription immediately and without refund if the Client:
- Violates our Terms & Conditions or any platform's acceptable use policies
- Provides false or fraudulent information during onboarding or payment
- Engages in activities that are illegal or could harm PPAYSolution's reputation
- Fails to pay dues after two failed billing attempts
In cases of termination due to non-payment, any outstanding balance remains payable by the Client.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
To request a refund, email billing@ppaysolution.in with:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund request
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Acknowledge your request within 1 business day
- Review and process approved refunds within 5β7 business days
- Credit the refund to your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI)
Razorpay processes refunds within 5β7 business days after we initiate them. Total time to receive funds: up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- GST amounts (remitted to the Government of India)
- Third-party ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms
- One-time services already delivered (website development, audit reports, custom strategy documents)
- Renewal payments for subscriptions beyond the first 30-day period
- Payments made more than 90 days prior to the refund request
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting PPAYSolution, we reserve the right to suspend your services immediately and dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at billing@ppaysolution.in before initiating any bank dispute β most issues are resolved quickly and amicably.
